ATHLETE is a 2010 sports documentary film directed by Dave Lam. The movie examines the popularity of endurance sports and profiles four everyday individuals - a cancer survivor, a blind senior citizen and twin sisters - who compete in marathons and triathlons and are redefining what it means to be an 'athlete'.[1] The film will be released on DVD and Video on Demand on March 9, 2010.[2]
